If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I first met Greg the owner several years ago and was impressed both by his willingness to answer my questions and his open and friendly demeanor. He is extremely professional, a great communicator, always on time, and someone who clearly cares deeply about his employees and customers. Since then I have had his company do all of my tile work and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else as the work they do is outstanding. They also do an amazing clean up job and were it not for the beautiful tile work I wouldn't even know they had been in my house. I highly recommend Tile and Stone Creations.

When we moved to our new Spanish Springs home, we knew we were going to want to have a place where we could enjoy the weather, entertain friends and just be comfortable in our "forever" home. The patio area is just the right size to have a little loveseat to enjoy a morning coffee, a set up for an intimate dinner for two or just relax with a good book, but wasn't very welcoming. The cement flooring, even with an outdoor carpet, was hard to keep clean and just not attractive. Greg of Tile and Stone Creations came to the rescue! What we were asking for, tile on cement in the outdoor extremes of Northern Nevada, was not something we wanted to take chances with. Yes, the area is covered, but we had to be sure the job would be done to near perfection to ensure years of lasting beauty. Greg is a multigenerational tile guy and knows his stuff. I felt comfortable speaking with him and asking questions and he was great about helping me to understand the process and costs. I had already done some research into the process and materials and Greg just confirmed everything I had already read up on. I especially liked his good communication, in person, in texts and email. He kept me statused on the installation timeline, met all commitments and kept in touch through the installation. He was pleasant and friendly but not overly so. The job he and his colleague did on our patio is beautiful! The tile we purchased, to match tile we already had in the house, but Greg helped us to get the correct color grout. He discussed the best layout, and step by step prepped the surface and proceeded to complete the installation in stages to allow things to set and seal properly. He always left the site in perfect order, cleaned the area and made sure there were no safety hazards for people or animals. He respected our property and access requests. Greg was completely professional at all times with his interactions and his work. I plan to call on him again when I am ready to install a steam shower!!

Greg the owner was prompt in retiring my call. Came out the same week to give me an estimate and emailed the estimate a few days later. Very happy with their service! Polite, clean, and reliable. They showed up a little early (which I don't mind) and his family has been in the business for a long time so his advice on a few things was greatly appreciated. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Photo of finished job (we just need to finish the electrical outlets). Thank you Greg
