I was in a bind to get my hot water heater ventilation fixed for a home inspection in order to sell my house. Called Craig first thing in the morning due to no ac/ air coming out of vents. Joe and Caesar showed up at 11:30, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had. Didn't have too suffer through a 95 degree day. Third time using them on our 23 year old unit. Highly recommend!

We called Craig on the advice of a friend after being told our induction motor replacement would be at least 1k and it would be about a week possibly to get the part, and that the furnace was probably EOL and should probably be replaced. Craig showed up with the induction motor in hand and replaced it for much less. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and honesty.
