They came out same day and had us order our own part and said that they would come back to complete the repair once the part came in but the technician never came back out and will not answer phone calls or texts.

DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. I called them at 11:42 am today for information & they made me a appointment at 11:42 for next Wednesday. I called back at 11:59 to cancel that appointment and they are going to charge me $30.00 for canceling this appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not local & are very rude.

Don't bother calling this outfit, called for repair on a Fri, recieved call back from a LAX number to set up an appt. Set up appt for following Mon, they called Mon morning appt cancelled , reset appt for Wed, same thing appt cancelled, reset for Fri, again cancelled. At this point I cancelled, asked for my deposit back. Poor business management and service!
