I an very unhappy today, when picking up my dog today he has his butt area cakes with feces. I brought it to the attention of the owner and they told me it just happened. I told them this was caked-on and did not just happen, I brought my dog home had to bathe him shave the area around the butt and up the tail and it was raw and scolded from feces! I really felt that the owner did not address this problem and we will see what happens with it he may need to go to the veterinarian. If they had just called me and told me my dog had diarrhea I would have been willing to have him taken next door to the groomer cleaned up and I would have even paid for it. So needless to say my dog will not be going back to Spanish spring Kennels. This is too bad because in the pass with the previous owners this was a very good kennel.
