Reno Oriental Rug Wash

We just got a new expensive wool and viscose area rug and had it for only two days when our dog got really sick and threw up on it. Didn’t find it till the next morning. Had our normal carpet cleaning person come and steam clean it, but it just made the stain darker. He was afraid do use any chemicals on it because of the fibers. So I called Reno Oriental Rug Wash and Alex came out to take a look at it. He said he could get the stain out. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the rug for two weeks, and I got it back today. IT LOOKS AMAZING! I thought I was going to have to pay for a brand new rug. He is a magician!! I highly recommend them! The area is a little brighter than the rest but will be hard to notice once I put my coffee table down.
