Not only did they take excellent care of Midnight Ink, they treated me with the utmost kindness and respect! Thank you so much for going out of your way to make me feel like I wasn't a nusense and printing out the instructions for me on how to get to Smith's. I had a lovely time there. My card didn't work, so I had to go to the bank. She printed out those instructions too. I was going to walk there and one of the patient's owner, took me there and back. I put a lot of steps on my phone app, too! Thank you very much!
We recently brought our cat of 15 years, Sherbet, after he started to fall ill. After a few weeks of treatment, it was determined that old age was catching up and his systems were failing. With a heavy heart, we decided to euthanize. We were given all the time needed to say our final farewell's. The vets, Drs Williams and Lopez, were the best ever. The staff were very supporting and gave their condolences. I'm sure it was as difficult for them as it was for my wife and me. My sincerest thanks and appreciation for all of their care and attention. Don't hesitate to take your precious to PVH. They're the best!!!
I had to have my two cats put to sleep last January, Blu had been receiving 2 insulin shots a day for diabetes for over a year, and Harley had bladder issues for a very long time. And he had an eye removed. Then we finally realized he could not see out of the other eye. It was one of the worst days of my life. I had taken Harley to this vets office when he was a kitten, but for some reason we started taking them to another vet. I feel that if I had taken them here all along and not taken them to the other vets they may have had a healthier life, they were very kind and let us put both of the cats down at the same time.
