Frank and his team are quick to get the work done in a timely manner, but be prepared to wait for the work to begin.We waited just over 3 months (signed our contract end of July, work completed beginning of November) part of that was accounted for via the contract requiring 6-8 weeks before work can be scheduled.Docking one star not necessarily because of the wait, but because there was little to no communication as to why we had to wait without us having to persistently instigate the conversation.If there's a delay in work due to other contracts being altered, other clients making things difficult, understaffing, or lack of materials; we wouldn't have minded knowing....read full review
