They showed up when they said they would. They are a very professional company. Jan that answers the phone was very nice and polite. Ron the owner came out and walked us thru the whole process and helped us on picking out the right shingles for our home and they also do insulation which we needed. If you are in the market for putting a new roof on your home you owe it to your self to give Pratt-Sons roofing a call. There men are also were COVID-19 compliant very nice and courteous. They also left our house cleaner when they left then when they got there. They are awesome company. You owe it to your self or business to give them a call you won't be disappointed. And they also are native Nevadan's. They stand behind there work with a ten year workmanship guarantee.

These guys go above and beyond their duty of customer service. They bend over backwards to stand behind their product and workmanship.I had a leak in my bathroom. They came out and spent over 90 minutes running water over my roof looking for any potential issue there could be. Even though they’d already determined the issue was with the plumbing they continued to check every pipe, tube and vent to make sure they were still dry and not showing any signs of wear. Two days later, the plumber wasn’t able to get the exact location of the leak so Pratt-N-Sons came back out and worked with him to take care of the issue.
