“I attribute a lot of my fitness focus and technique and mentality to Rob at SSS. I started out with him as just a chubby kid (ski racer and golfer) to help with some old injuries and get stronger in general, and have worked with him for almost 10 years. One of the most knowledgable and experienced guys I’ve ever met. Rob introduced me to injury prevention methods, muscle balance, muscle building, eating right, pretty much everything. His mentality and approach is something that I’ve adopted and helps me approach everything in life. As an ex-49ers trainer he also has personal messages from athletes like Joe Montana thanking him for helping with injury recoveries, it’s pretty insane.I am extremely fitness and health focused now, won my last bodybuilding show (fully naturally/organically) and I’m able to do it primarily because of everything I learned with Rob. “I would give the overall services a 3.5 stars but the reason why I put five stars is because of Stevye! The best way to describe her is, think of your happiest memory and that feeling that you have is Stevye in human form. You can tell that she is a rare breed of a human being. Our son absolutely loved her and she helped me become a better mother just from her professional knowledge. On our last day in therapy, our now 2 year old walked her to the door and said, “Bye Bye, see you later!” In the saddest little voice we ever heard. This broke our hearts, because you could clearly see the impact she made on not only our child, but our family as well. We are thankful and truly appreciative for the services we received.“

“I am seeing dr brian Gilmore tomorrow after X-rays n mri of my knee. I fell very hard on cement. I do not see any referrals or information about him. I found his information and saw him What a wonderful dr. I was blessed just to have severe bruising. He gave me a steroid shot. I really helped. He cares. His bedside manner is amazing. I feel it helped the pain while I was with him. I am very impressed with Swift“
