Matt from Paschall Plumbing installed a new walk heater for me today. As Matt finished the 4 hour job we discovered a massive leak in the plumbing of our water heating exchange tank that would shut down the boiler that was needed to heat the house. Matt was able to extend his service time to fix the problem. Thanks to Matt and Paschall Plumbing the house is toasty warm and no danger of freezing pipes here in the VC Highlands tonight. 👍👍👍👍👍
I discovered a leak from the bottom of my hot water heater mid day Monday. We contacted Paschall plumbing first by text and then a call to Tiffany (she is awesome). She set up a visit between 4-6 pm that day! The plumber, Bill, texted us when he'd be there and arrived right on time. He checked it out and gave us the bad news, which we expected, so after being in use for 20 years it had to be replaced.
Bill gave us the estimate, we had minor sticker shock, but he surprised us by saying he could do it Tuesday afternoon!!
