No matter how busy they are it doesn't take you an hour to get what you need and leave. Most the time I pre-order my supplies then go pick it up. They always have it ready and at the dock.

Their hours are a bit hard for a weekend do-it-yourselfer but the customer service was amazing. During the weekend I had washed the pants with the instructions in the pocket and didn't know exactly what I needed. The owner answered all of my questions and was honest to what glue I should buy. I know if we ever need help again, I will come back here!

The entire staff at Pacific flooring is great. The Manager Jeanne is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus I love that it's been family run for so long. #supportlocalbusiness
