They gave me an appointment less than 48 hours after we talked, the guys came right on time during the service window and did a great job. Very courteous and completed the work in less than 2 hours at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

We had been dealing with a clogged dryer vent for a week. We had tried every DIY option possible, we had removed a lot of lint build up (don't believe the previous owners ever cleaned the vent) but could not remove the clog that was preventing good air flow.As we were running out of clean clothes quickly we needed help right away. I called New Sunrise late on Friday (1/12/24) after one servicer ended up not showing (didn't call to cancel with us either, we had to call) and others couldn't squeeze us in until Tuesday the following week.
