Went in and ordered an ignition coil for a honda compressor. Got back to our shop and installed the part and it was defective. All three of our techs looked at the maintenance manual and ohmed the unit. Unit was confirmed defective. We called the owner and he said we couldn’t return the item and told us we didn’t know what we were doing. My 3 tech’s have a combined experience of 75 years in this field so I absolutely beg to differ. We went into the shop to try to discuss with him and he told us to test the unit in a way that was not possible with the application and refused to refund or help us in any way now or in the future. I have never met a more rude, disrespectful, racist business owner in my 49 years. I simply requested to have the pull cord replaced on my generator. The man said he would not work on my Chinese piece. Total loser!

I do not recommend it, I took a machine for repair, they charged me $165 to inspect it, months passed and they told me to order the parts. 6 months later, they called me that I owed them $700.
