I had the pleasure of having Chris come out to fix a shower leak and then a few days later my water heater went out. From the moment of my frantic call I was put at ease. The service is unmatched. Not only were they able to get a guy out today to replace my water heater the Customer care I got was AMAZING. I unfortunately can't recall the lady's name at the office, but she was so kind and caring to call and check on me. The owner was willing to come out and shut off the water to the water heater if I couldn't get it. Today, Mike came to replace my water heater and he too was amazing and very personable. This company truly cares about their customers and it shows. Thank you so very much, I can't wait to recommend you to someone else!
I'm kind of a nut when it comes to my heater. I'm very afraid of heaters and things related to use of gas. I've had a few technicians come out just cause I'm always so worried but Michaels has always been the best. Specifically the technician Allen. He's a kind person with empathy and wouldn't leave til i felt safe and had heat. Really glad i contacted Michaels they are the best out there! Also used them for AC services and they were the best in that area as well. Thank you Michaels and Allen for being so kind.
