Family Eyecare Associates: Marchant Evan R OD

Been going to Family Eyecare for several years now. Very friendly staff, and wait times & exam times are usually very reasonable. No issues so far processing through our vision insurance, either. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going here since I was 6. Ever since covid I have had issues with getting my glasses repairing and also now even making an appointment for eye pain. The front desk is extremely rude and not helpful the last doctor I saw maybe change my prescription to something that gives me a headache and I cannot change it back the attitude I have been given by the women at the front desks makes me never ever ever want to come back as a long time customer I would say stay very clear of this place they are very expensive and the service is terrible they do not care about their customers or patients

I have been very impressed with the entire staff (both locations). Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, personable, and made my visits as enjoyable as possible - from the reception staff to the doctors! Thank you for being so great!
