Rude as hell I never even done business with them all I did was call I had some questions and Yvette hung up on me . She interrupted me and said I'm sorry please hold and hung up in the middle of me asking a question. Rude people should not be dealing with customers. Get a different job if you're that unhappy!

Here's a hint GO THERE IN PERSON!!! Apparently the Sparks branch does not care anymore. At one time it was easy...not now!Look, its embarassing enough to have to take out a payday loan on simple s**** but I'm pretty sure this is happening to everyone whose not a millionaire these days with rising costs of everything from rent to gas and everything else. I'm not alone.Even worse is when you submit on their website and you work at a place with s*** reception because FCC/FAA regs plus 1%ers in charge with the brains of a mentally ill Ape.So then you call these people at DLC at their call center and they make you wait 10 minutes before someone hangs up on you before anyone actually answers.So then you call the store in Sparks and I can't believe I am even writing this, greeted with the most distorted, overdriven mess I've heard since those 9 year old guitar students tried to play Metallica! Seriously....their answering machine is so overdriven I wonder if its a Marshall Stack in a soundproof room! A sixties Deep Purple concert is cleaner! Its to the point of being unintelligable. So I dont know if it's telling me to worship Satan for a signature loan from Beelzebub himself or leave info at the beep. It made MY ears hurt....and consider what knowledge I had to write the above. Whatever hearing WAS left in my left ear might be gone now.So yeah, I'll probably get evicted, live on the street, and die yet another victim of the shithole "Amerika" is becoming with the corporations running (its spelled rUINing) everything and politicians on all sides dont give a f*** . Thanks Dollar Loan Center. Thanks for sealing the fate on my family. Ill make it a point to die on your doorstep after all that....get your garden hose ready!

Marlena was extremely helpful and patient with me . I hit a snag and was fortunate enough to have her and her manager help me get through it . Walked out the same day with a loan. They definitely saved me til payday. Thanks !
