Everyone was welcoming and nice from the first phone call to our experience at the appointment.
We brought in our particularly spicy senior chihuahua and they handled him with love and care. They went above and beyond to explain his treatment to us. Special shout out to Thomas cutting his pills for us so we wouldn’t have to when we got home. Great follow up from Dr.Caldwell the next day with his blood results. Thank you desert hills!

On New Year’s Eve, my vet could not see my dog with an eye infection for 10 days. They were so busy they closed down their urgent care. I needed help! A friend recommended Dessert Hills and I am So grateful they did. I called and a very sweet woman answered and let me know she was training but still had the BEST customer service skills. My best friend was seen in 2 hours. My son took our dog to the apt as I was working but everyone from start to finish kept me in the loop and took care of everything.
