We had an emergency heater problem at our Tahoe cabin. We literally called plumbers until we got a referral to D&D. They were super quick to respond and help relight our pilot light. I know it was a simple task, but they were available after hours in the snow. They came by quickly and got it fixed. Simple fix but still solid work. Kyle did a great job

Albert was knowledgeable, organized, professional , polite and did a great job on our entire boiler furnace. It is working better than it ever has and he adjusted the pressure tank, replaced the ignition switch with a much better one, and adjusted the propane pressure. We could not be more pleased. Thank you, Albert!

Dave is amazing. I have two snow-melt boilers that are plumbed in parallel. The inlet to one boiler was very hot and the boiler operated intermittently. I thought it was the circulating pump. Dave concluded that the piping configuration was the problem. He simply throttled the valve on the inlet to the other boiler. This equalized the flow and allowed both boilers to operate continuously. This shows the value of an experienced technician. He used temperature measurements to adjust the valve so both boilers were working equally hard. By the way, he also did a thorough job of cleaning and maintaining both boilers a year ago.
