The team at Credo recently upgraded my Windows10 computer saving me time and money. The original hard drive was showing signs of age and the general consensus of the on-line support community was to transition to Windows11 with the purchase a new computer. "Do I purchase a new car simply because the tires are worn?" is my perspective. The level of communication demonstrated by Noah and Cerita was unexpected and refreshing for this first-time customer. I explained what I expected needed attention and received a couple of solid pricing options given the age of the equipment and my general computing needs. Not all of the replacement parts were available at one time, so the team was able to stage the repair such that I had a working system in my possession while waiting for the final item to arrive. I am confident that my friends and family would receive a similar positive experience and therefore would recommend the Credo Technology team with 5 stars.

I used Credo a few times with my computer issues and just recently had them build me a custom gaming machine. I am truly impressed with the both the quality of the computer they built within the budget I gave them and the speed in which it was built. I also just had them do some laptop repairs and upgrades and again, they over exceeded my expectations in both time and price. We are going to let Eric create a webpage for our business after seeing the great work he does for others and the very reasonable prices he offers. Thank you Eric, you and your staff are amazing.
