The doctor I saw was helpful, but the front office is not. I was not made aware I owed money. They just didn’t say anything to me about a payment. They told me my insurance on file went through. Obviously it did not as I received a bill in the mail. Very unprofessional
Friendly short waiting time. All the staff are very helpful. The Care Coordinator Team are truly awesome. Many times they have helped when I've had issue with other Dr. or prescription problems. Jordan Fireman is my primary physician and always makes me feel as if she really listens and cares. To all the staff, great job and thank you.
They appear to be severely understaffed and unable to find their backsides with two hands and a flashlight. You never get a promised call back and when you call again you are put on terminal hold. It is like entering the Twilight Zone. Very poorly run.
