Part of my Burning Man camp setup includes an older school bus, and when I went to check on it in storage, I discovered the batteries were completely dead. Nathan happened to be nearby working on another rig, and even with what was clearly a busy schedule, he still took the time to come over and help me out.

He hooked up his heavy-duty truck, got some life back into the bus, and was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to work with the entire time.

“I was in Reno Nevada and my Chevy Duramax developed a fuel leak on the high pressure side of the fuel pump on a Saturday. Being from Twin Falls Idaho on a fishing trip, I didn't have the proper tools in my truck or camper to take on the project. On Monday morning I called Driven Diesel to see what they could do. Russel said he might get to it that afternoon to diagnosis the problem and let me know, time depending. He called later that day and had found the leak, gave me a very fair quote and said it should be done in the next day or two. He called me the very next morning to pick it up.
