Called for estimate to replace the roofing at one of our apartment buildings. Office Staff was very friendly and super professional. Ended up speaking to Alex and Alex looked the building up online while I was on the phone with him. The following day I received a call Nate and Nate said he talked to his manager and his manager said they can't give me a bid because don't do work on commercial buildings that people live in. Not sure how or why Alex didn't mention or say anything about this when I was on the phone with him and he was looking at the building online.
