In January, 2024, our heater started acting up, only working intermittently, and subsequently we had a new heater installed. All employees were courteous, hard-working, and respectful of our home. On January 8 service techs Dwayne and Christopher (apprentice) arrived on time, inspected our heater and recommended replacing it. Dwayne showed us several options, including price and warranty information. After we made our choice, we paid a deposit and scheduled the heater installation for Jan 10. I had such good service that I felt compelled to get a review out. I run a sales agency so I can appreciate when someone thoughtfully makes suggestions for preventative measures including ideas for part upgrades to avoid major issues, and also educates. Our tech, Jacob, did just that. He said he is newer to the industry, but it's clear he knows his stuff. We'll be bringing our business back to All Hours and requesting Jacob as our tech. Great experience and I would recommend. FYI, we had called them for basic winter prep and maintenance on some items.
Trent from All Hours Air first came for a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. A few weeks later, when he had the right parts, fixed a faulty overflow connection that the home inspector missed. He was professional and courteous, answered all my questions, and showed me how to adjust a faucet or 2. I'd highly recommend All Hours for prompt professional service at a reasonable price.
