6/25/2024- Concrete contractor had 3D concrete scheduled and delivered today. First time seeing it poured and created into the driveway pad. Probably helps when you have experienced teams performing all the work.. So the kid in me wants to put my initials or my furrbabies paw prints.. lol.. Have to wait 24 hours to let it set..( I'll probably wait an extra day to be safe..
They are constantly working over there at all freaking hours of the day,night and then some... it's very annoying trying to plan for bed when they are starting work at 12:30-1 am... it appears to me , they are over worked.. Hopefully the worker's are able to get some major rest and paid good.... on the other hopefully they are safe drivers....
I was hired as a mixer driver, after a few 6am start time's. They asked us to clock out at 2:00 in the afternoon and then return at midnight for your next 8-hour shift. After not getting any sleep I don't see how the drivers can be safe or this could be legal. They are in need of drivers but this is the reason they can't keep drivers
