people and staff are nice but just make sure you read everything about the company and their pricing. I got charge for some guy to come out and look at my freezer and tell me, "yes it works its on a cycle" $182.00. Called again for another refrigerator and the guy did something to make the temperature almost freeing ruining all my produce. I will not call them back to come look and fix the mistake they did because I know I am going to get charged a kidney. Already called my 4 other restaurants and other friends in the industry to not even waste their time with this company. We have used Specialized refrigeration for over 15 years at Costco 25 here in Reno Nevada for both our refrigeration needs as well as all of our HVAC service.
