“I took my first mixed level reformer Pilates class with Jody! She was so welcoming, greeted us as soon as we arrived and directed us where to put our things since it was our first time in the studio. Throughout class she consistently checked in, gently adjusted my posture as needed, and moved the weight to make it more beginner friendly. I was nervous as I don't have prior fitness experiences, but even the class members were supportive! Cute and well kept studio, such a positive experience and I will be back to try more classes!“

“A friend brought me here my first time and I thought the studio was very chic and aesthetically tasteful. The class was okay- I didn't feel like I did a work out after and I've done a few Pilates classes before. But this second time, my sister was in town so I took her and the Sunday assets sure kicked our butt! I'm looking forward to going again. I love the variety of classes. It's nice that they have offers if it is your first time. The reason for the 4 stars is because the girl at the front was not very welcoming. No greeting when you walk in and didn't even welcome my sister when she knew it was her first time at this studio.“
