We had a major emergency on a Saturday morning in a regulated storage area. I called three companies. One never returned my call, one told me the next emergency appointment would be Thursday and the third was Hawthorne. They answered the phone with a real person, understood my issue and it's criticality and set me up with a technician onsite two hours later. He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part and would have it Thursday morning and installed Thursday afternoon. This wasn't ideal but it was acceptable and we would ad lib until then. Come monday morning we got a call saying they had found the part locally and could come out that afternoon and install it. Jon arrived in the afternoon and we were back to running normally by the end of the day. They definitely stepped up and provided exceptional service at a fair price. We will be using them for the maintenance service going forward. Reliable, friendly, and fair.
