“Lisa Kunz designed our new home office - which turned out fantastic! We have been using one of our bedrooms as an office for several years. Lisa came to our home, took space measurements, recommended additional electrical outlets (based upon the new layout), and made wood and counter recommendations. Prior to the installation, we had the carpet removed, replacing it with new tile; we also had the office painted. We moved our "office" onto our kitchen island and kitchen table during the downtime. “Renovating a kitchen and master bath is a big job, and we knew we were just going to get one chance to get it right. We probably over-did our due diligence, but spent time with four different companies. From our first meeting with Steven Tarnow at West Coast Cabinets, we were impressed. He had plenty of construction experience, knew cabinets and countertops like nobody else, listened carefully to our desires and made suggestions in areas were were unsure of. He came up with a design we loved, and made improvements on what we thought we originally wanted. He made computer assisted designs, did all the measuring himself, and even suggested a contractor for us to work with. We spent time in the showroom going over options, styles and everything from sinks to cabinet hardware. His designs were perfect, his recommendation of a contractor excellent, and they delivered on time. Their installation people were pure professionals and we now have a kitchen and bathroom that we are absolutely thrilled with! I cannot recommend these folks more highly. A gentleman named Steven met us at the door and took us thru the entire store he explained the different types of materials and what options they had. I went to so many different showrooms, but the customer service was lacking terribly and/or I couldn't find what I wanted. Pro Kitchen and Bath had knowledgeable staff that helped me find the exact cabinets I wanted without being arrogant or desperate for my business. “On time, on target, on price and schedule. Oscar came out after we went thru four other companies who would not or could not do the work. The goal, modify an existing kitchen cabinet for a new 30 in oven/ microwave combo from an existing cabinet designed for a 27 in unit with very limited space for expansion. Done and installed on time. Slight problem.....the spec sheet given to us by the appliance manufacturer was wrong by 1/8 in. The appliance installer caught it. I called Amy and they sent someone the next day to modify the cabinet. The day after they sent another person out to do the door and drawer installation. Yes, they are that good. They will get my business from now on and I recommend they should get yours.“

“Well, My wife and I decided back in December 0f 2020, we were going to retire in Vegas after moving here in 2018. The house we purchased was great for us and our fur babies. but we needed some upgrades.
