Purchased countertops through IKEA, who uses JDS Surfaces. BLUF: The final product is gorgeous, but the journey getting there was extremely painful.The ONLY person with whom we worked that treated us respectfully was Jose, the owner. Everyone else, especially the receptionist, was rude and/or disrespectful. The receptionist wouldn't even acknowledge me when I visited the showroom. Her phone etiquette needs a lot of work. The installers made messes in the kitchen when getting ready to install the countertops. They finally cleaned them up, but only after having an attitude and almost breaking our oven. JDS just removed my old kitchen island and built a new larger single level Island. We also had new quartz countertops installed and a new backsplash installed. They also had to move plumbing and electrical. Ozzie and Ryan are very good to work with. All construction has issues and they were very good at getting things right.Services: Remodeling
