I took a basic floral arranging class with Deb on March 9. Not only is Deb engaging and customer service oriented, but she is super creative. She taught me basic design while adding in a few of her unique floral arranging tips. I'm planning to take future lessons from her.
Everyone that works here is just absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. They change their bulbs when they are supposed to. Which gives you that tanning experience we all look for. Just love that I found this spot.

Went to Carson City today for Cinderella. What a fantastic show! The owners and teachers do such a great job teaching kids of all ages to dance and in many different styles. I really enjoyed the show! Hats off to all the teachers, parents and students! Great performances!

Jayson cut my 12 year olds hair with great care and knowledge. Explaining to my curious kiddo everything he was doing during the cut. He was friendly and the shop makes you feel comfortable during your wait. As a new to that area mom - I have definitely found our guy for haircuts from here on out.

Matthew was truly awesome. We had the same problem Leah did with nobody calling us back. Matthew replied promptly, fit us in quickly, and came when he said he would. He did patch work on our roof but noted that it could use a replacement and came ready with a quote and options. Beyond missing shingles, he spotted areas where the nail heads were rising and addressed that as well. We look forward to working with him on the new roof next spring. My new cooktop needed a 40w circuit added to my circuit box. Mr Whipple and his son arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. While here, they were asked by my construction company to wire where my new dishwasher would go to make sure it was up to code, and they did a great job on that, too. We have been going to Nova since last year with my folks remodel. Joe has taken amazing care of helping them get all their granite slabs, tile and flooring. Always updated the status of orders. Joe and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, positive and professional. We now have started a tiny job and Joe once again is rocking it. Can't recommend Nova Tile enough. Definitely will be returning customers for our remodel needs.
This was our first time ever having to board our dogs so I was super anxious. When I dropped them off on Wednesday afternoon, they assured me that they would let me know if they had questions or anything. You can even text them and because I’m an absolute basket case I texted them and they promptly responded with updates that I wanted. One of my dogs is very high strung and weird around people and when I picked them up this afternoon, the employee told me that she sat in their kennel with them and he loved on her which tells me a LOT about his experience there. It’s affordable, they’re friendly, and had zero problem putting my mind at ease. I will absolutely be using them in the future!!

I am new to Northern Nevada and I love a good "fixer-upper". There's nothing quite as gorgeous as customizing my space to fit my big personality. I went in to Two Stone to look at some tiles for my kitchen and bathroom and was greeted by Jonelle. She was extremely nice and helped me pick the best tiles. I even ended up picking my flooring from them too! Jonelle made it so easy and kept me within my budget. I haven't received the material in yet but as soon as I do, I'm going to attach pictures!

Pure Glow salon is the place to go! It’s a very cute salon with friendly staff. I don’t trust anyone else with my blonde highlights. Tiarah Croll knows her blondes and my hair is always so healthy. I love the products they use. Tiarah even took me to a darker brown for a seasonal change and then brightened me right back up to blonde for summer.

Called DR Raschilla's Office because I cracked my front tooth, the Office Staff was great did there best to get me in, the initial appt was 7 days out-which I was pleasantly surprise by, but then she texted me the next day and had a cancellation and got me in. Tooth was fixed in under an hour and everyone was great. Thank you !!!!!!!

Had a problem with lack of heat distribution and called Coastal Aire. Techs Nic & Max came out within 2 days (!) and quickly diagnosed the problem as failed dampers. Ordered parts and within a week they came back and did the install. Super responsive and knowledgeable; a pleasure to have them get things operational again so quickly. Coastal Aire has always been my preferred HVAC shop. They installed new furnace and A/C systems several years ago and both are functioning perfectly.
Tay did an aqesome job, I'm pumped on my beard and hair! She was super chill and the shop has a nice atmosphere, good music. I'll definitely be back.
