Matthew was truly awesome. We had the same problem Leah did with nobody calling us back. Matthew replied promptly, fit us in quickly, and came when he said he would. He did patch work on our roof but noted that it could use a replacement and came ready with a quote and options. Beyond missing shingles, he spotted areas where the nail heads were rising and addressed that as well. We look forward to working with him on the new roof next spring. Out of all the roofing companies I have spoken to over the last year or two, BGS Builders were the best! They did such a great job! What a hard working family. They worked hard to make sure that my roof didn't get wet the day it rained. They have worked non-stop and I am so happy with my new roof! I asked them to do a few other things and I have peace of mind knowing that they are general contractors, not just roofers!.
