When our air stopped working, both blower and cooling unit yesterday evening, we assumed we'd be out of commission for the next few days, not a fun prospect in the Vegas heat. But they answered the phone outside of normal business hours at around 6am this morning, and had someone ready to come out between 12 and 2 (who also showed up at 11:30, huge kudos for coming early when available). They send out a text with the picture and a bio of your tech, as well as a tracker so we can see how long it will take for the tech to arrive, which is super cool. it is with pleasure that I am able to take time to give this company a five star reveiw. My disabled son lives in a mobile home with his dog. His air went out Friday amongst some of the hottest temperatures in Vegas. Thomas came to his home on Saturday and did a great job, and reasonable too, in getting John and Heidi cool again. Not only that, but the company came back on Monday, notably, Steve the owner, and hearing that John needed a new filter which is kinda complicated to install in this older mobile, he installed a commercial air filter, no charge. I can reccomend this company with all my heart and soul. They will do a good job and I thank God for the prompt and above the call of duty service. Thanks guys. I appreciate you!
