Today Ruben Gonzales came to flush and replace the anode in my hot water heater from Sierra Air and Plumbing. Ruben is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He gave me 3 options to help make my hot water heater more efficient. I chose #1 and was very satisfied with his efficiency and work. He answered and explained all my questions so I feel more knowledgeable of what to look for in the future. I will personally ask for Ruben for all my future plumbing needs.
Today, March 6, 2024 we experienced another great day with the professionals at Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing. This company continues to amaze us with the caring, professionalism and expertise of their technicians. Today, we had the pleasure of having Deandre, Matt and Roman install a state of the art water purification system and thoroughly clean all of the plumbing and pipes in this house built in 1997. Our water pressure and quality of water I am sure is even better than when the house was built!!! Their dedication to ensuring our happiness with the work they do is truly appreciated. GO SIERRA!!!!!
Diego and Timo arrived on time and were courteous and professional. HVAC install took 6 hours. Note* our attic is large so made their job easier. Trained me on the WiFi thermostat and next steps. Cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend!
