I very much appreciate the woman Mo who was more than helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. I had to reschedule a couple times due to my work conflicting yet Mo was sure we were taken care of. Thankyou for the great customer service !

A broken water pipe is never good news but it brought us into contact with Servpro of Southwest Las Vegas. They turned out to be the silver lining on a very dark cloud. They responded immediately to the call for help and set about drying out our 2br 2ba condo, 1050 sq ft of mush after having soaked for more than 2 weeks in our absence. Then they boxed, labeled and stored all of our belongings during the repair period. We didn't have to lift a finger. Everything was returned in an equally impressive manner when the work was finished in our place. Again we didn't have to do anything. Nice, right? But what really blew us away was the crew!
