Excellent service, this is my 2nd time using Air Pure , Michael and son did a great job in explaining the process what they will be doing. All my air ducts,attic,dryer all cleaned. Having your air ducts and returned air vent cleaned where all the dust blows into your return vent. Cleaning my air vents help with allergies and itching of the skin. I recommend them. Great customer service skills, very friendly. I give them 2 snaps and a high 10.
This is a long overdue review. I had Michael from Air Pure come out to do a duct cleaning of my house. Michael arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and detailed. He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part...read full review
