Best Roofing Companies In Las Vegas

“So far my experience has been excellent. I made the decision to go solar, read reviews of a couple of companies. The first call was to Solar Optimum on 5/30.I spoke with Diana Escalante who was very kind and patient with me and my lack of technical knowledge. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day with Brandon Chavez. I intended to get the information and then meet with other companies to compare.
Well Brandon’s professionalism, extensive knowledge and expertise sold me on the spot. He did not push/pressure. He educated me on what to look for when talking to other companies. That showed me the confidence in the quality of their product. He got the process started and has been available to me all along the way.
From that point things were scheduled in a timely manner. Anytime I had a question Brandon responded promptly and would take care of me.My panels were installed yesterday—just just 21days from my initial phone call!! The install team was great. They rang my bell which didn’t work so I figured out they were working when I heard them on the roof. Well they helped figure out/fix my doorbell. My lack of technical skills on display again. So nice going above and beyond.
My only negative feedback is today 6/21 (after panels installed) I received an email stating that my installation was scheduled and had the invoice attached. The invoice was dated 6/20 and started due date 6/20 and the words overdue. I was told that it meant due on receipt. It is just a personal issue with me. I pay my bills on time and having overdue on the invoice was offensive to me.
Looking forward to a cool house without high electric bills this summer.“

I checked Better Business Bureau website for recommendations. I chose Roof It Right due the its BBB star rating. The owner, James *******, responded personally to my request for a cost quote for a new roof. He gave me a written quote, explained the work to be done plus a repair, presented a product brochure of options to be used (Owens-Corning Oakridge shingles). Accompanied by his roofing mascot work-buddy Beetle (husky whose ancestors climbed ladders to help him), he again personally arrived on site to check progress of material delivery, on-time arrival of his roofing crew, and surveyed work progress throughout the project. Both he and his crew were always courteous, very professional, cleaned up each day, respectful of my property, and the landscape. Mr. ******* made good on everything he said would be done and assured me if something needed correction he would take care of it. An entirely satisfactory experience for me. The roof never looked this good.“

“We called for an estimate after finding a water spot in the ceiling. Joseph came out and took pictures and that's how we found out how bad the roof was (house is over 30 years old). Joseph gave us two estimates-1 for a section that needed the most work and one for the whole roof. After consulting two roofing companies, we decided that Fortitude was the best company for the job. Joseph is very friendly, knowledgeable and was available when I had questions. Just a few hiccups- the tile order was a pallet short, but they were able to get the tiles installed the same day the shortage was discovered. There seemed to be a lack of communication after the job started. Overall, I absolutely recommend Fortitude Roofing. The roof looks awesome!“
