Best Solar company in Nevada! I made contact with many companies but Solar Optimum was the absolute best. My sales rep, Connor H., was extremely friendly and knowledgeable…he sold his products and their all encompassing 25-year warranty. While companies tried to convince me not to use other companies, Conner stuck to selling his product and support. End result…a powerful system that has all but eliminated my NV Energy bill. After the recent weather event, I asked Conner to send out a rep to checkout my system. Anthony was at my house the next morning and verified my system was intact and without damage. From start to finish, Brandon Chavez and his team at Solar Optimum did an OUTSTANDING job for my home, my family and my pocketbook. I shopped hard for 3 months then arrived at my conviction that Solar Optimum and Brandon were the folks to go with. Their price was unbeatable but, more importantly, the service was SPECTACULAR. I've been in business 45 years now and have owned 3 separate businesses so I know how hard it is to be flawless from quotation to planning to execution to follow up. In these times when it seems the consumer is the second thought Solar Optium proves they are about the consumer. Very efficient and they have the process down to a tee. Everyone I have encountered along this path have been outstanding. They have moved everything seamlessly. I am so grateful for Brandon Chavez who has been my guide every step of the way. He is outstanding.
