“Long overdue review, but it’s about time I share some thoughts on this incredible business and the level of service offered by Marc and his team at High 5 Pet Care. We’ve been working with High 5 since we first moved to Las Vegas over 5 years ago. Through countless trips out of town, holidays, even some minor pet emergencies, and literally any and every reason you could possibly need the services High 5 offers, they have been available (EVERY SINGLE TIME) and have stepped up to provide incredible service and even give affection/love to our fur babies. They go above and beyond on every visit, take great pictures on every visit for you to see your pets while you’re gone, give them lots of love, and have nothing but respect for their clients’ homes. They have amazingly even helped bring in packages, pull up trash cans from the curb, and other totally unexpected things obviously not required from a pet sitting service, just to show the caliber of how much they value client relationships. “We had an excellent experience with Hound House! Our original sitter canceled last minute, and they were able to accommodate our senior, special needs dog with very little notice. They followed all of our instructions for feeding and medication, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We loved receiving daily photos of our dog, and the live cameras allowed us to check in and see how he was doing. It was reassuring to always see staff watching over the dogs and keeping the area clean. Overall, we are so grateful for their excellent care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!“

“Maui and Kilo love this place, it's "Just like Home"! It's the only place that has an outdoor play area for the dogs to romp around in and get fresh air. You can even watch your dog(s) on camera. We've used them for many occasions from a day of day care to boarding for a night to a weeks stay. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. And Maui and Kilo are always excited to return.
