It's hard to know if reviews are real these days, but let me tell you, this is as real as it gets. After a terrible and traumatic grooming incident at Bone Appetit that landed my 2 year old puppy in the ER, I was so nervous to take my Shih Poo baby to get groomed ever again. I tried to groom her myself but I couldn't do it. I found Hound House, and from day 1, they have been nothing short of incredible. I expressed my concerns and fears about grooming my girl and they have always been so sensitive and still are every time I take her in. They always do an incredible job and put me at ease. I've been bringing my 2 pups for a few months and we love it there. Last week I started having them do training with my crazy lab puppy. I noticed a huge difference immediately! She's doing so well under their guidance. The facility is always clean, the staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad to have a safe place for my pups! Thank you HH!!

I brought my three shih tzus for their orientation today. They were there for four and 1/2 hours. It was fun to observe them on the live feed and its was a great experience for them. You can tell that the staff cleans really well because the dogs dont smell. I usually expect them to smell after being at a doggie day care so I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Look forward to taking my furbabies here for social time. Thanks for a great first experience. ?????
