I give this recommendation with one caveat. This establishment handled my mother‘s acclamation, quickly, efficiently, made it easy to handle the cost, and gave me wonderful options for how to handle the remains of my mother. The only thing I did not like is during the time I was viewing my mom in the back room, my husband came in with our baby, and someone told him that I said I did not want the baby in the viewing room. I never said this, and because of that, I had to view my mother alone, As my husband and baby stayed in the lobby. I really really wish that would not have happened, but don’t feel that it’s enough to warrant a bad review. It actually sort of seemed like one individual may have made that decision of their own discretion, which should not unfairly reflect against the rest of the organization.
They took care of everything with grace and compassion and made the burial of my partner as easy and comforting as it could be.
When we called the day my dad passed, Aaron totally took over on the phone. We had called a few other places first, but found ineptitude. Aaron was wonderful and set us up. Laura Sussman handled our burial arrangements and zoom. They were caring, compassionate, professional, and patient. It's a horrible situation, yet they made the process smooth and easy. Our family has gratitude and we feel blessed to have their help.
