The Entire Team ensured the coordination of returning my Mother’s remains to New York to be buried with my Father and Brother on 8/25/22 when we met for a PrePlan Agreement.On 1/24/24 she passed away peacefully in her sleep. Within hours Palm Mortuary was in action making things happen in a timely manner. Throughout the entire ordeal I was treated with compassion and patience. My personal reason for choosing the palms mortuary was obvious from the beginning. Compassion, trust, and determination to made the experience as pleasant as possible and was and is foremost their qualities. The individual attention I received is one of their greatest strengths. I can't express in words how much attention Julie gave me and put me at ease. I'm so thankful for that.
I thank God for this location. My family and I looked at 3 locations and this was the first. We ended up picking the 3rd that day, but that night I new this was where we need to be. I called the next day and made it official. The size and the dates we needed they were available ??.Ivette assisted us and she was so pleasant! But overall, Jeff and Maria was awesome as well ??. They were so empathetic and operated with the utmost compassion. God sent!!! They are family from this day forward. God bless you all.
