“May 21, 2024 - Again, this company has made an actual difference in my life. I broke my ankle in April, a Bimallelor fracture, no weight bearing for over a month or more. I had to cancel my cleaning as my home represented a hospital room, walkers, wheelchairs, inability to move about etc. However, the dust continued, the dirt continued and I grew not only restless with my situation, but seeing I could not do anything about the house wrecked havoc on my emotional state too. I did not realize how much it bothered me until the ladies left and I felt so much relief.

Once I was able to transition to a scooter, I reached out to Fernando and the Ladybug Team offering my limited days to see if he could somehow accommodate me on short notice. I also opted to add extra personnel to make the cleaning time quicker. Fernando worked with me, we got a date and the ladies arrived on time with all their equipment and smiles. They set to work and not only did a magnificent job but finished so quickly! My home was clean and I could rest, emotionally, knowing all was good. I actually felt physically better after they left and realized what NOT having a clean home was doing to my mental state.

I also want to mention that my jewelry was laying around, my iphone out, my Kindle, various valuables and not once did I have a concern or fear for "should I have put them away", because these ladies do an honest job each and every time. They are simply fabulous and I am beyond grateful to have them clean our home. Forever customer here...thank you.

UPDATE! 9-2023 - You can see I have had nothing but praise for Ladybug Cleaning by my previous reviews. I realized today that its the little things that they do that no one else will notice, but me. Like the printer stand next to my desk. Before they came this week I am sure I could have written my name in the dust underneath there, I saw it every day when I worked, and swore I would get it dusted. I failed. They didn't. When I returned home and sat down, I glanced down because that is what I do, like yeah, yeah, that dust there....but no, instead, it was cleaned and I was greeted instead by a dusted area that no one else sees but me, obviously it bothered me enough to notice it, but just not enough for me to act. That is what Ladybug Cleaning does, act. The little things that really matter to us too. Thanks so much ladies, you're so appreciated!!!! (I laugh because when someone looks at the photo they will be like "well I still see some dust", true, but if you have lived in Vegas long enough you too will understand that while you are dusting, it gets dusty. Welcome to the desert!! :))

I have been lucky enough to have used Ladybug Cleaning since 2021, when I suffered a back injury that prevented me from cleaning my own home. As I healed I realized they provided a priceless gift to me, and that is time. Time with my family and the ability to allow me to care for my 81 year old mother who moved in with us due to her suffering from Macular Degeneration and vision loss, attending to my home gives me the most wonderful gifts and that is time with her and my loved ones, rather than having to make time to clean my home. I write this review after being lucky enough to have used them for the past two years to clean our home. I have had nothing but the most positive experiences with Fernando and his crew. Each and every time I return home after a long day and they have tended to our home I count my blessings. I have such a peaceful feeling knowing they care for my home and have done so with the most gracious kind employees.
