“06/29/2023I am a superintendent for a a general contractor and had a tenant improvement project at a banking facility. I had a company come in to do post construction cleaning. It was not the best work. I was embarrassed because the owner of the company I work for saw the work and was not happy about what we paid for. I called Patricia at Brazillian Maids to let her know that on the next job I would ask to use her company (BM was not picked in the bidding process… regretfully so)She told me she would come by the day after our conversation to look at things and get the building looking better.Well she did the ENTIRE job over from top to bottom by herself (the building is 4000 SqFt!)She was so good that my direct supervisor and the owner offered to bring her on as our post construction cleaning company for the Vegas valley. “Jojina is a person that will bring joy to any household! She's the type of person that will come give you a hug and who you'd love to hug! I called Jojina last minute because our cleaner left on FMLA the day we expected her and we're kinda desperate because everyone else we had tried has been doing a very sloppy work. I did not expect her to show up at our doorstep within the hour and I definitely did not expect her to send three cleaners within two hours! Our house is more or less very clean however these ladies other than the fact they also were super happy and so much fun (imagine a house full of laughter) they left the whole house spotless and shiny. On a usual basis now we have two cleaners coming, always on time and always super happy, with laughter happiness and joy! We just love them! Their service is consistent, doesn't have "fancy" price catalogs like other crews do, your money go a long way here and Jojina has built a very reliable business model with people who love what they do! The best part is that Jojina is one of her crew members - she's also a cleaning crew member that works two and some times three houses a day while taking calls and meeting new customers. A true leader. If you thought your house was clean, or that your cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, wait until you see your house after Jojina and her ladies are done with it. “This company is AWESOME. Detail oriented, thorough, efficient, and fast. They tag team, usually two people, but last time added a third to get done quicker. They got areas that others would missed. I have my peeve areas that I watch for and they cleaned all those areas normally overlooked. The house looked awesome and smelled great. They even take phone pictures of where items are located (kitchen and bathroom counters, and throw rugs). I have scent sensitivities and they worked with me on making changes to some of their products so as to help me not have an asthna like attack. I bought my own products and they had no issue using them. The changed the way they cleaned the tile floors to accomodate my preferred method. So EASY to work with. Great personalities and nice people. Got a good feeling and they work great as a team. They ENJOY their work and it shows. It is nice to have people happy with their jobs doing a great job. Very relaxing.“
