I've been with Broward here in Las Vegas for over 8 years and they do make things right! The owner Al is a stand up guy and does try to make things right.The head tech Joe is the best I've ever seen when it come to repairing about anything in the way of appliances and motors. What a talent! I just wish they were open on weekends, that's when everything seems to break. I know when I call Broward and speak to Evette that things get scheduled quickly and the repairs will be done right the first time.

Very happy with the service, knowledge, and professionalism with the technicians I’ve dealt with over the years. I have had them out for several repairs on many different things, and have been highly satisfied with the repairs and results. From BFS Home Warranty

It all started when the president of BFS Home Warranty, Crockett Herd, was working as an electrician from 9-5 and taking advantage of any overtime opportunities he was offered to support his family. It was at this time, in 1973 that Mr. Herd had the idea of branching out and providing complete household services to families in the Broward County area. Mr. Herd approached condominiums and homeowners associations with this idea and with his hard work, evident integrity, and passion for helping families, BFS was born. Over the past forty plus years BFS has grown to service 4 states, with 18 local service centers.
