This was a service ordered by my landlord. The guy they sent out was great! Great communication, even better customer service when he got here. It was an overall good experience! Quality of work was top notch! Other would 'bandage' the situation. He actually fixed to where we don't have to struggle to operate a simple shower. As a GenX Navy Vet, I am stingy about who/what I write reviews about. This company gained a fan!

The Kohler repairman was top notch (hence my 5 star review) and very friendly! Getting him scheduled was the issue. Call them once Kohler issues the repair order as they do not call you. They are booked weeks out. The morning of my appointment, they were hours late, but at least they called to tell me. The plumber knows Kohler VERY well! Maybe someday I'll get my new toilet, as the valve is no longer made for my specific unit and has already broken again. I'll just be patient and wait. They know their stuff and that is what really matters. Please don't forget my 3 toilet cover repairs on my others when you come to replace. Thank you!

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed.
