Had an unbelievably bad root issue in an upper end multifloor commercial building. First drain company basically shrugged their shoulders and left. Walter had his guy out there in an hour. Managed to get the water below flooding level that saved us thousands on building damage. Had diggers out there 1st thing in the morning and pumped out hundreds of gallons of back up. Within 2 days Had the building completely back up where any other company, and I've worked with many, would have taken a week. Sincerely the most competent drain man I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!!
I had major issues with my pipes deteriorating and Discount Drain cleaned and lined them to fix the problem. Half the price of replacing them which is what another company suggested! I was very pleased with the guys and the service they did. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs ?
I called Discount Drain to give me a second opinion on a clogged sewer pipe problem I was having. They far exceeded my expectations by offering a quicker, easier and less expensive answer to the problem. Both workers that arrived, Julian and Raol, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my decision making. They were also very courteous and thorough explaining every phase of the repair.
