“Solid gym experience. The coaching staff is very attentive and the classes are small enough to get personal feedback. A lot wouldn't know it's a CrossFit gym, but their programming is classic CrossFit workouts. They have Oly, HIIT, and Yoga on the weekends. We recently joined and are really enjoying it so far. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new gym in Anthem area.“
