My complements to the staff of Pirate Plumbing. They were professional, friendly and resolved my plumbing issues. In particular Mike, the co-owner, kept me apprised of what his team was doing throughout the entire process. I will continue to use Pirate Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

A copper pipe on my 7-year old whole house filtration system located in the garage accidentally got bent and started leaking at 10pm. Called 8 other "24/7" plumbers, explained the leak and what needed to be repaired, but none of them had the parts on hand or the staff available to fix the leak until the next day. Pirate Plumbing, however, knew exactly what was needed to do the repair and Technician Nick volunteered to take on the job at 11:30pm. Nick was on site by midnight, did a thorough inspection to validate my assessment of the repair needed, and had our water running again by 2am. Great experience! The girl who set my appointment was very thorough, professional, and polite. The text reminders were all on point. When Nick came out he was amazing! He was polite, professional, and best of all honest! I might've been a little over reactive thinking I had a problem with a new toilet. Nick took the time to show me the mechanics and explain why it was making the noise it was making. While he was there I asked about replacing a water softener we haven't used in forever. Again, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest and explained things we never knew about them.
