FAST , DEPENDABLE, HONEST , HIGH QUALITY AC repair ! During Las Vegas heat wave , sunrise mechanical came and fixed all 3 AC units . The technician was Pom . Pom possess excellent root cause analysis skills , excellent problem solving skills , detail -oriented, extremely knowledgeable, explained very step to me & he was very consider of my home ( he wore shoe covers ) . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our a/c went out at 10pm on a Sunday (on one of the hottest weekends this summer of course) and we were able to have someone come out the next day. Enrique was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and even came back to make sure everything was in perfect working order when we had a small glitch again later that evening. He was extremely thorough, friendly and professional and is definitely the reason for the 5 star rating!! He also answered all of my questions about ongoing maintenance options, etc. Thank you, Enrique!
