Phebe worked on my facial few weeks ago. She explained everything to me professional perfectly and very caring. After talking to me phebe knew exactly what to do help my skin. I have been to many times spa 's before but Phebe was best experience I ever had. She also gave to me great advice about my skin type that I hadn't thought about unlike a few other facial l've had. I felt that she paid attention to my needs. I highly 200% recommend her.

The massage therapist Ana was amazing!!!! It was soothing and relaxing and she provided great instructions… I would definitely recommend to get a massage here!!! I even utilize their Sauna which was amazing!!!!

There is just something about a really good massage that can center your soul. That is what I got from here at the g Aveda Spa Lago located in the Westin. I did learn from the front desk that the spa rents the space and that the Westin are the "landlords" so you can't charge your Spa treatments to the room and two, both saunas are down because the "landlords" aren't in a rush to take care of it. Which hurts the Spa company and not fair to the overall visit of someone trying to enjoy all the amenities.
